We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase.
If you are not satisfied with an item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the package. Please clearly indicate your order number in your email as well as attach any photos that show the defect or damage.
We will work with you to find the best way to fix the issues. Most of the time you will not need to return the product.
Once you receive your replacement item we may need you to send the defective/damaged item back to us. Please use all the provided packaging material to return the item to us. The customer support person you are working with will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please get in touch when the parcel is ready.
In the case that a refund is required, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three (3) business days upon confirmation from our support team.
Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five (5) business days business for the refund to appear in your bank after we receive this information.
